We shouldn't make life decisions whilst we're in the midst of fear as we lack the peace of mind to make good choices for ourselves.
When we are fearful we send ourselves out all over the place energetically, mentally and emotionally and often can't stay still or rest properly. I have a guided process to be able to call yourselves home to your full presence. So tonight I will guide you on a meditation to help bring you back into yoru bodies so you can be fully here.
